The Machine
Cleaning Instructions
Good news: it's mostly the machine's built-in Rinse cycle doing the work. A few passes with water and you're set — we handle the deep clean.
01
Empty the tank
When the party's done, pull the tap and drain out whatever slush is left.
02
Run the Rinse cycle
Press Rinse, fill the tank with water to the max line, then press to release it through the tap. Heads up — it comes out fast, so have a sink, bucket, or the backyard ready.
03
Rinse until it runs clear
Fill, release, repeat. Once the water runs clean (usually two or three passes), you're done — that's your cue.
04
Quick wipe
Give the outside and the drip tray a quick wipe with a damp cloth.
05
Send it home
That's all we ask. We take it from there — full teardown, wash, and sanitize before its next party.
Just rinse it — no soap or scrubbing on your end. Sugar sets fast, so a machine that comes back un-rinsed picks up a $50 cleaning fee.
